- What are the advantages of infrared heating?
An infrared heater heats objects, walls, ceilings and people evenly. They transfer the heat to the room air. Infrared heaters do not cause air or dust turbulence, making heating with infrared radiation particularly beneficial for allergy sufferers.
- What is a smart thermostat?
The Smart Thermostat is equipped with WiFi and can be connected to the “Könighaus Smart Home” app. This allows you to conveniently control the infrared heating with your smartphone.
- What is the difference between the P and M series?
The M series is specially designed for ceiling mounting. The P series, on the other hand, is suitable for wall mounting or as a free-standing unit. The P series offers more customization options thanks to the motif print.
- How quickly does an infrared heater get warm?
Könighaus infrared heaters are usually up to operating temperature within 2 to 4 minutes.
- Can the app be controlled with all smartphones?
Yes, download the “Könighaus Smart Home” app free of charge from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- How long is the guarantee on infrared heaters?
We give up to 5 years manufacturer’s warranty on our infrared heaters. A completed warranty form is required.
